I had a booking made for an Air India flight before the March **** lockdown for the travel period that came in the lockdown. The PNR is Z*SE* -Mumbai-Chandigarh – for travel date March **, ****. The ticket numbers are as follows: ************* *************, *************
Now, the problem is that as per AI records, the amount was refunded to me on Dec **, **** - all customer care executives tell me that. However, i have not got the refund. I have sent repeated mails to AI and all they say is it has been refunded.
