Due to ongoing srinangar issue, I need to cancel my flight booking from srinangar to Chennai on Sep *th and it's PNR is YLYP*. I have been trying to reach Air India customer care team for past * week to get full refund cancellation for this but even after waiting for ** to ** minutes on their customer care number, no one is even picking my calls....This is one of the worst customer experience from reputed airlines ..I need full refund for this due to their lack of care to customers ...Please assist on this
