Vivek Jha filed complaint against Sony India on Feb 28, 2019
I submitted my Sony Xperia mobile to Sony service centre in Thane. I was assured to get it back after * weeks. However, it is over * months and still no response. They seem to have damaged the motherboard and can't seem to fix it. Even after repeated calls, they just say they will call back but never happens. They give dates for resolution but then say we are unable to fix the motherboard issue so we are working on it.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
