Sony India - complaint against sony service center

I'm writing this mail with an unsatisfied & very bad experience with Happy Care services Center team of Bhubaneswar. And hope that as soon as possible will get proper solution from Sony India.

Last month on dt: **.**.**** i gave Sony music system-BDV-N/****W for repair because the wireless sound speaker is not functioning, that’s why i had submit the main unit with wireless receiver for the purpose of diagnose and take corrective action and they gave me pledge that the engineer would give an estimate after * day.
Till today i did not receive any call from them. I am really very disappointed with Sony's service center and I feel it’s risky to purchase any Sony item.
