Hi,
I'm arthi in the year **** in August month I haved purchased sony oled Tv, on **st of may suddenly a vertical line appeared on TV screen next day i have informed to sony customer care there have sent the service guy who Inspected the tv and said it is a liqued damage, there have charged the visiting fee ***/- and I asked the life spin of tv was very short as I spent so much of amount on Tv I asked them to recycle the product but there didn't accepted they said there can replace tv , there ask me to pay ***** for tv and *** rupees For delivery charges, I gave done online for tv and *** by hand payment, the tv stopped working suddenly on *th July ****, same complained again, the technician as confirmed due to power fluctuations the power board of tv as lost will replace again New Tv, this time I was not satisfied with product I asked them refund my amount but till date there didn't call me, after several reminders today I got a email stating that there will replace the tv, I have clearly mentioned them on the email I don't want to use there product any more. Because previous the service guy as promised me that this time will assure the best quality of product but there failed to fulfill their promise, pls help me to refund my hard earned money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
