Bharath filed complaint against Sony India on Oct 2, 2018
I bought Sony ** inch tv in the month of May ****. And in the month of November the TV panel not working so complained to Sony because of its in warrenty they came and replace the panel. Again now September **** not more than a year again got same problem and now I don't have warrenty they are asking me to pay the amount for service. I am not ready to pay because I already bought this TV with nearly **k. Not even more than *.* years I facing the problem * times. So I need replacement of TV or else they need to extend my warranty with free of cost.
