Sony India - Handset Replacement

Dear Concern,
My name is Sudarshan and I am sony's premium customer.
I have tipo, L, C*, XA and xa* handsets that my family members use.
Of these XA* I have been remorsed with this one handset.
I bought xperia XA* on July **, ****.
The set had many problems (Touch Not Working Properly,battery backup Issue,yellow patches,goes to auto silent mode & some times the network does not come) within a year.
At that time the handset was repaired.(B*W************)
And the same problem is coming back after * months of repairing.
I've submitted the handset in your service center (Yash Electronics,Nasik) again on January *, ****.(W************)
Next time these problems will come in every * to * months, what will I do, the next time the company will not repair my handset in FOC Basis and I will not even pay the money for the Same Problem.
The service center staff has been told that the handset will repair again.
But I do not want to repair those handsets at any cost.
I want to replace that handset.
I request you to replace me the handset either or give me a refund.
