Samsung India Electronics India Private Ltd - Warranty issues in washing machine

I am using the Samsung Washing Machine with sr. no ***U*PBH******M and model number WA**H****HP/TL. I was facing wash quality issues along with stains on clothes, for which I have approached customer care and they told me to perform some troubleshooting but the problem remains the same. Next I again complaint and this time their engineer came and performed some steps and ask us to observe *-* days, but again the problem remains the same. I again called the customer care and this time their service engineers took my machine to the workshop for detailed inspection and troubleshooting, they returned my machine after * days and again I was facing the same issue of bad quality and multiple stains. I again called customer care and this time their senior engineer came but again the problem was not resolved. Now its more than ** days of the complaint and still problem is as it is, I am really thinking why I have trusted Samsung while buying. Requesting you to replace the washing machine at the earliest or else I will approach consumer forum for this kind of harassment to the customer.
