Timeline :

Mrs. Abhilasha Bajpai visited our portal on 4th January 2019 at 22:18 p.m. and filed a complaint against Shinehunts for providing fake job opportunities. We immediately took action against this matter and started the social media campaign straight away. With this, we also sent emails to Shinehunts for resolving this issue as soon as possible. Soon our client received a call from Shinehunts and the complaint was marked as resolved on 9th January 2019 at 16:02 p.m.

A brief look into the Job complaint :

Our client Mrs. Abhilasha Bajpai got a call from Shinehunts stating that she is being offered with job opportunities. Moreover, after detailed discussion our client was told to pay Rs. 2700 for Registration charges, which she duly did. After sometime our client was again told to pay Rs. 10000, this time assuring that she will be offered a job immediately. Our client, given the insurance, decided to pay this amount in order to secure the job. In neither of the cases were the receipts’ provided to her. A week had passed by but still no update had been provided to Mrs. Bajpai. All the while their Relationship Manager, Mr. Rajiv Chauhan, kept ignoring her calls. Moreover, our client even went physically to the said address but to her shock their was no such office present. After getting frustrated with them, Mrs. Bajpai decided to file a complaint against Shinehunt at our portal and requested us to help her in resolving the issue.

After getting fed up of getting no calls answered and not finding the office physically, Mrs. Abhilasha Bajpai decided to file a complaint against Shinehunts at our portal. We looked into the matter and started a social media campaign as soon as we received the complaint against job consultant. The campaign was spread all over social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. We also sent an email to Shinehunts requesting them to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Soon our client received a call from Shinehunts and the complaint was marked as resolved on 9th January 2019 at 16:02 p.m.

Moreover, we should always check the reviews and the feedback by ex employees for the job that we are applying for. We should also read the entire terms and conditions provided by the employee and should always ask for the receipt in case of any payment.

Swiggy Wrong Food Delivered, Complaint Resolved – Restaurants Complaints

Mr. Raunak Surana visited our portal on 29th October 2018 at 9:46 a.m. and filed a complaint against Swiggy for delivering a wrong product and of substandard quality. We immediately took action against this matter and started the social media campaign straight away. Within an hour of posting this complaint, our client soon received a call from Swiggy and marked his complaint as resolved on 10:34 a.m on the very same day.

A brief look into the complaint :

Our client Mr. Raunak had ordered a Rasgulla from the Swiggy app, but due to its unavailability, the order was somehow changed to Ledikeni. Since our client did not want to go through the trouble of replacing it and wasting his time he decided to eat what’s in front of him. However, to our client’s shock, the order which was delivered had a very foul odour and the taste was also of substandard quality. So Mr. Raunak decided to exchange the order and this time he ordered two Rasgullas and paid Rs. 40 for it as Swiggy assured him that later they would compensate for the previous order. Moreover, the jar containing the Ledikini was also picked up by the delivery boy. But Swiggy refused to compensate for this order and decided to charge him for both the orders. This was another shock for our client as he was a regular Swiggy user and didn’t expect such bad customer service.

After getting fed up of contacting Swiggy customer service who didn’t provide him with any fruitful solution, Mr. Raunak decided to file a complaint on our portal. We looked into the matter and started a social media campaign as soon as we received the complaint. The campaign was spread all over social media like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc. We also sent an email to Swiggy requesting them to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Within an hour of posting the complaint, our client received a call from Swiggy who resolved his complaint and also gifted him discounted coupons.

Be aware of food safety

Mr. Darshan Kumar M Patel visited our portal on November 25th, 2018 at 04:13 pm and filed a complaint against OYO rooms related to online hotel booking issue. Mr. Patel was facing some issues with the cancellation of his hotel booking with OYO. On the very same day at 09:08 pm he got the resolution and marked his complaint as resolved.

A brief look into the travel complaint

Our client Mr. Patel made a hotel booking through OYO rooms. Later on, the booking was somehow canceled by OYO itself. He paid an amount of Rs 2950 and asked for its refund. The OYO representative told our client that the amount is non-refundable, but it can be adjusted in the next booking. So, Mr. Patel made another booking for Rs. 2970 as he had no other option. He paid an extra amount of Rs. 20 for the new booking, and the amount was adjusted.

Then there were some changes in our client’s plan, so he had to cancel the booking by his side but this time team OYO told him that neither he will get the refund nor the amount could be adjusted. This incident was shocking for our client as he was a regular user of OYO app and didn’t expect such a bad experience.

The resolution provided by us

After trying several times to find a solution on this matter, Mr. Patel did not receive any resolution. He came to our consumer complaint forum and filed a complaint against OYO rooms. Out of our four services, Mr. Patel chose to send emails to the company to solve his problem. As per his request, we sent an email to the company, and within 5 hours the complaint was resolved. Mr. Patel called the OYO customer care once again and received the resolution for his complaint.
