Hi,
I had booked a car from Zoomcar app for Rs **** for **th-Sept-**** from *AM to *PM. We were not able to start our trip as we were unable to unlock the car. Zoomcar app was showing profile in verification, but we had submitted all the necessary documents. We tried to reach Zoomcar customer care from *AM to **AM, but we did not get any response from them. Also we tried raising ticket, but still no response.
They did not verify my profile, and so we had to cancel our plan. Also we lost our money. If they are so strict about profile verification, they should have blocked us from booking the car itself. They are taking money from us and then they are telling profile not verified, which is absolutely wrong.
Please do help us.
