am a host on Zoomcar and my vehicle (UP**AL****) was booked under Booking ID JPSNK*ENX.
The booking has already ended, but the vehicle has still not been returned by the guest. Earlier, the guest was continuously extending the booking for multiple days, and now even after the booking has ended, the car is still not returned.
This is a serious issue because:
The vehicle has not been returned till now
The booking has ended but the car is still with the guest
Earlier, the guest was repeatedly extending the booking
When contacted, a third person answers the call instead of the actual guest and disconnects it
The vehicle location is changing frequently and moving far away, which is highly suspicious
Despite multiple complaints, proper recovery has not been completed
I have already informed Zoomcar multiple times and requested them to stop extensions, recover the vehicle, and disable my listing, but no proper resolution has been provided.
This situation is causing financial risk, mental stress, and operational loss to me.
I request:
Immediate recovery of my vehicle
No further extensions under any condition
Strict action and investigation against the guest
Written confirmation from Zoomcar
Compensation for delay, risk, and inconvenience
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take further legal action.
