Hi there I am s vamshi Krishna,I have refund from zoomcar for Booking ID JPS*NFHBY ,during the cancellation of the Booking with ID mention above, customer care executive stated that refund will be done within **days from date of booking cancellation. But there is no response from the company, I have raised a mail in zoomcar APP, but still no response from your side. So I have made a complaint in National consumer helpline with docket number (complaint no) *******. But consumer helpline said to raise complaint in consumer forum. Please kindly help
