Zoomcar - Zoomcar charged extra money

Hi
I booked a Zoomcar on **th Sept and booking was about to start at **pm but when i reached the location Car was unavailable.
After trying customer care number for approx *. * hrs, i got another car and with high hopes i reached the location but again got to know that there is issue with locking process of Car.
Again I to struggle for another car. Finally i get a car at ** AM and started the trip.
For personal reason, i wanted to extend the booking and i tried doing it with app but app doesn't responded. I tried it in * different phones and also shared emails to zoomcar but no response.
Hence, zoomcar mobilized the vehicle in middle of road and i had to pay another **K for it to restart
