Did a booking on Feb-**** for an amount of INR ****/- from zoomcar directly (Booking ID: JPS*NKHM*). Soon thereafter the booking was cancelled due to the pandemic reason. And ever since the booking amount was kept on hold by Zoomcar and not refunded. Multiple followup and call to customer care did not assure any refund, and i have been paying interest charges over the amount for a year now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
