Skechers India - Wrong product delivery

Vrinda Aggarwal filed complaint against Skechers India on May 14, 2024

I'd ordered a pair of shoes (UK *) from the Skechers india website but was delivered a completely different brand product (US polo - UK */**). I reached out to the team and shared all proofs of the wrong product but they refused to help me out in this matter.
They said they had dispatched the correct product and it isn't their fault something else was delivered. Id asked them to share proofs at the time of dispatch but they haven't shared anything yet. The team has stopped responding to emails and do no talk politely on the calls either. I have been reachinh out to them for over a month now. It isn't my fault i received the wrong product which is of no use to mw at all. I request to get justice in this case. Either deliver me my original ordered product or refund my money. This has been the worst experience and i never thought a reputed company like skechers would do something like this. I have been mentally tortured because of all this wait and constant reaching out and still not getting any result. This is a big loss for me.
