I'm truly disappointed by my recent experience with Skechers. During my vacation in India, I purchased a pair of shoes from the Skechers store in Nashik. However, upon returning to Bahrain and wearing the shoes, I encountered a significant issue: bleeding from the back of my Achilles tendon. Promptly, I contacted the store and later escalated the matter to the head office, providing all necessary documents and images. Despite my efforts, both avenues resulted in the decline of my request for assistance. Considering the significant value of the purchase, amounting to *,*** INR, I had expected better support from such a renowned brand.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
