Skechers India - Refund money for defective products

I habe brought shoes from skechers outlet mumbai(dahisar) on **/**/** . So after * days used i found that inside the shoes leather is come out. So on */**/** i had given back to skechers outlet they people accepted products is faulty so after * week they called me that our product is faulty so you have to take new products from outlet.i have told them what the used of after giving good amount for product how can i trust that your new product. So i told them please give my money back i dont have trust on your brand. They people denied we can't pur policy not give authority to give money back you havs to choose other products if amount is different then you have to pay extra or will give you credit note etc. I thought this ia chutya bana ne ka scheme hai skechers ka. Still my money with this schemer skechers.
