Skechers India - Sketchers Shoes torn and thread loosen in Warranty refuse to change

Greetings

I purchased shoes on **th Feb from Jaipur.

Due to Covid-**, I have not used the shoes much but in just few usages the thread portion of the shoes is getting torn and loosening at many areas. I may have worn the shoes around ** - ** times only.

Raised the issue with the company on *th May and they provided ticket no Ticket No. - ****** on *th May with a assurance that they will look into it, I shared the photos and bill with them

But to my surprise they did not even call me for further details or any video call where they see it better . They just sent a mail that their quality team have seen the photos and this id not manufacturing defect.

Costly shoes of Rs **** getting torn and loosen in just ** - ** usages is not a defect for them. I tried convincing them and request them to call or ask more details but they rejected the case without giving any reason that what caused it.

I am lower middle class person who can't buy these costly shoes normally , we have to plan and buy these costly shoes so I was expecting a good quality but unfortunately they were torn within ** -** usage.

You are kindly requested to direct them to change the shoes as there is * month warranty and I reported the problem on *th May.
