On **th Sep. **, I ordered Skechers Men's Bounder-Mirkle Black Sneakers-* UK (* US) (*****-BBK) | B**YSM*RBH ( B**YSM*RBH ) shoes from the amazon. but within ** days my left leg shoe started torn. Next day I called the customer care number and they told to share the pictures of the invoice and shoes which I mailed on Nov. **, **. Skechers told it will be replaced and have couriered the same on Nov. **. That's it. over here skechers told the shoes you ordered is from cloudtail and we are following up with them but they are not responding. later i started following up cloudtail but till now my issue is no resolved.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
