Skechers India - Defective item received

I purchased shoes from Skechers outlet Lulu Mall Lucknow on **/**/**** . When I checked the shoes at home, they were defective. I spoke to customer care the same day for a replacement. Because at that time they were under warranty period. I also complained by email on **/**/****. After this, on **/**/****, I also complained to the National Consumer Helpline. But it was not resolved. The price of the shoes is ****. It has not been resolved till date. Please get a replacement for it.
