I had ordered a scarlet red Kurti from Nykaa Fashion based on the product description.
The actual product received is completely different than what is shown on the app and is of maroon colour. Moreover, there are no label/tags attached to it and appears to be an used product.
When I raised this issue with them for return/refund, they just blatantly say that the product delivered is correct as per their internal investigation. Whenever I try to reach out to their customer support no., they put me on long holds and eventually disconnect the call. Really frustrated with this entire episode as this was meant for a special occasion.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
