I ordered a pair of sneakers worth **** instead of which I received a pair of loafers worth **** . The nykaa fashion costumer support is telling me return is not serviceable in my area and I would have to self courier the product to Nashik their warehouse . If the product matches their quality checks I will get refund in the wallet
