I ordered a blueberry yoghurt from Cocoberry and wrong flavour was delivered. It was medication technically because a doctor suggested I take natural yoghurt as a probiotic to counter my antibiotic. I hate the wrongly delivered flavour (strawberry) so I couldn't eat it. So I made a complaint and they said they will replace my order. Already the time window to take my probiotic was crossing. But the customer care was polite and I dismissed it as an honest once in a blue moon mistake.
But the replacement order again was wrong (strawberry). By now, I was angry. I wasted so much time and I was expected stomach upset the next day because that's what happens to me when I don't take probiotics with my antibiotic. I had to go out with a fever to get some probiotic tablets.
So I complained again. They refused a refund and kept copy-pasting random lines again and again. Very unprofessional and very careless. What if something like this happened to someone with an allergy? The customer care didn't take a wrong order being delivered seriously (this has happened to me earlier too). That's why I want to complain here.
