I had ordered Tamarind rice along with a couple more items. But I got another item which looked like tomato rice. The side dishes were also different. When contacted over support channel, social media and mail didn't get any response and abruptly got a mail that there was no issue and case closed even when they had not even asked proofs from me
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
