Swiggy - Complaint Against Swiggy Inedible Food Unacceptable Compensation

I ordered a Chicken Double Cheese Pizza from Swiggy, but upon delivery, I found it completely stuck to the box, with box particles contaminating the food, making it inedible.

I immediately reached out to Swiggy’s support, expecting a fair resolution. However, they only offered ₹** as a refund, which is insulting and unacceptable. Moreover, since it was late at night (**:**-**:** PM), most restaurants were closed, leaving me with no alternative for food.

To make matters worse, Swiggy’s customer support has been ignoring my emails and dodging my concerns, instead of resolving the issue properly. This experience has caused me not just financial loss, but also frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
