Swiggy - High Cancellation fee

I ordered a cake on swiggy. However, swiggy person called and told me to cancel the order due to a technical issue. In the chat box, it came that cancellation charges may be applied. But the amount was not mentioned. Later after actual cancellation, I found that the cancellation amount is *** rupees. And swiggy keeps replying that it's their policy and nothing can be done.
