Uber cab was schedule for Tuesday, Dec **, **:** AM from Hotel Retreat to Borivili West, Mumbai. The Uber driver never reported at the destination and no Cab service was provided by Uber.
Despite not providing any service by Uber, Uber deducted Rs. ** vide transaction # P**-*******-******* from my e-wallet. As the journey was in wee hours of Dec **, I had to hire a private cab in emergency and had to pay exorbitant face.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
