i registered complaint through toll free number on **/**/** regarding non-functioning of my washing machine. *-* days later the technician came to my home and told me that the PCB board is not working and it has to be changed. from that day till today (**/**/**) its lying unrepaired in my home...i had to purchase a second hand-washing machine to get laundry done at home...not a single responsible employee of samsung was able to tell me when will the problem be resolved. it is always me who has been calling the toll free number, service engineer and the service centre.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
