Dear Team,
I am writing to formally address an ongoing issue regarding my Hisense TV (Model **A**F, *** cm/** inch *K Ultra HD Android Smart LED), which I purchased from Reliance Digital on August *, ****, as part of a promotional offer that included a *-year panel warranty.
The TV was delivered to me on August **, ****, after several escalations regarding the delivery timeline. Unfortunately, the invoice reflects the delivery date of August ** instead of the purchase date of August *. This discrepancy has now created complications in my warranty claim.
I reported a panel issue and registered a claim with Reliance Digital on July **, ****. However, I have been informed that the brand is denying my claim due to the invoice date being listed as August **. I have explained to Reliance Digital that the purchase date is August *, ****, as stated in the promotional offer, and that the incorrect invoice date is a mistake on their part. They have acknowledged this error, yet I have not received a resolution despite four months of follow-ups.
I kindly request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter, as I believe I am entitled to the warranty coverage promised at the time of purchase. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.
