Planetspark - Want to Cancel SubscriptionRefund

We enrolled in Planet SparK classes from *th Jan **** after payment through credit card by monthly deduction. The classes started by the teacher but in January when we had issues with the type of the classes. We tried to reach the support team and their sales person we didn’t get any response. We waited for a week still no response. So we decided to stop the classes further. But it was all in vain, after sending them several emails, their team never responded. They responded after ** days and discussed and offered use to continue till the observation period. But we did not want to continue. As we have lost trust in their team. They are doing the unethical practice. On the promise of the return of the money before the observation period. We initially subscribed. As per the observation period are * classes. We canceled after two classes. Even though they are not refunding the amount or canceling the subscription. Planet Spark and its parent company Winspark Innovation are running fraud. This fraudster company will send you an auto-reply for all the concerns you raised.

Their Support person will call and blame you. They threaten you for continuing the subscription. They threaten you and won't refund the money.

We have yet to get their refund for unattended class refund.
