I booked a car on Zoomcar, but when I reached the pickup location, the car owner refused to hand over the car. I was made to wait for * hours, during which I continuously tried to contact Zoomcar customer support, but they did not answer my calls. As a result, my trip was spoiled, and they are still not refunding my money.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
