My name is Shashikanth, and I purchased a Moto G** mobile from the Reliance Digital Balanagar branch. My contact number is **********.
During the purchase, I opted for insurance against any damages, with the assurance that any repairs would be completed within *-* hours. Unfortunately, I have recently encountered damage to my device and went to the store for repairs. However, I was informed that the repair process would take *-** days, contrary to what was initially promised. Additionally, I was asked to pay an extra ₹*,*** as service charges, despite having already taken out insurance.
My mobile was picked up for repair on **/**/****, with the expectation of receiving it back within * working days. However, it has now been significantly longer, and I have not received any updates. I have reached out multiple times, but the responses have been unclear and inconsistent, with representatives stating that it will take another *-* days.
This delay is causing me considerable stress, as I rely on my mobile for important authentication related to my job. Without access to these authentication codes, my ability to work is at risk, and I have already taken * days of leave for this repair.
I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue. Please provide an update on the status of my repair
