yesterday I took a ride from my office and I had to change the drop location, due to this the auto driver cancelled my trip in middle and left on road. After this uber asked me to pay cancelation charges (which I had paid rs.**) and later asks me to pay the whole amount of the trip which is unjustified and unethical and I'm not getting any response from customer care even after lodging * complaints from last night and this is the *rd time something like this is happening with me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
