I took a trip on uber and at the start of the trip it showed **Rs. As the cost but at the end it added ***Rs and showed *** Rs. there was unfair outstanding charge that was charged off me and then later the app changed and showed that I only paid ** though I had to pay ***Rs. I raised the issue to the customer care and they couldn’t care less. They said they cant initiate any refunds though I have evidence of the payment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
