Redbus.in - Unable to get back amount after ticket Cancellation

G.R.SRINIVAS BABU filed complaint against Redbus.in on Oct 5, 2019

I have booked ticket using redbus.in website. It showed seat booked successfully after paying the ticket amount. But after sometime I got an SMS as "TSRTC regrets to inform that the service No **** has been cancelled for which you have booked TKT NO: ********. Journey Date:**-Oct-**** **:** seat/s (**) cancel your Ticket at the issued portal before **-Oct-**** **:** to get full refund". I tried to call the customer care to refund my amount but in vein. Customer care people are not responding to my call. I am attaching the ticket details. Please help me with this issue.
