Uber - Uber charging for already paid trip

Hi I Booked Uber Cab Last Year On Nov ** From Golden Temple To Amritsar Airport. We Reached Airport And Bill Was Calculated ***.** Approx. Online Payment Was Not Working At That Time So I Paid In Cash. The Bill Amount Was Paid By N Cash There Was No Balance From My Side. But Recently I Tried Book Uber And It Says You Have Pending Amount Of Your Last Ride Which I Already Paid To Driver In Cash. And There Was No Issue Raised From Both Of Us The Payment Was Done In Cash. I Mailed Uber Customer Care And They Are Just Keep On Saying Its Older Than ** Days We Cant Do Any Thing. They Are Not Clearing My Amount Which I Already Paid In Cash. Why I Pay For The Same. I M Not Getting Solution From Them. Please Help
