Below is a summary of the excess amount charged on my recent trips in the form of tolls stating MCD and DND charges where in effect nothing was paid and I am witness to it. The tolls charges are not prevalent anymore but still Uber is attaching those charges to the customer like me. Please refund the excess amount or else I would have to report this issue to regulatory authorities and various consumer forums along with social media sites.
