Hi Team,
I have paid to a Uber trip by scanning driver's QR code on *th May ****.
When I opened Uber app again on **th September ****, for the same trip it was shown as payment pending. As it is old trip I didn't remember whether I paid before or not and paid again. Later I checked my transaction history of May and realised that I have done payment.
I have contacted Uber support but I am not satisfied with their response. Please take an action. Thank you.
