Trip taken on **th Aug, ** PM.
Uber claims I have different drop.off location, and hence they charged me *.* times of initial charge.
However The drop, pick up location was same. But the route sent in invoice by Uber has a glitch and shows trip on part where there is no road. Additionally, trip distance shown is ** km in ** minutes, which is average speed of **, impossible in Delhi-Gurgaon city traffic.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
