Uber - Uber cab

Hi i booked uber cab last year on nov ** from Golden temple to amritsar airport. We reached airport and bill was calculated *** approx. online payment was not working at that time so i paid in cash. The bill amount was paid by n cash there was no balance from my side. But recently i tried book uber and it says you have pending amount of your last ride which i already paid to driver in cash. And there was no issue raised from both of us the payment was done in cash. I mailed uber customer care and they are just keep on saying its older than ** days we cant do any thing. They are not clearing my amount which i already paid in cash. Why i pay for the same. I m not getting solution from them. Please help
