Bibhu Ranjan Parija filed complaint against UBER on Apr 3, 2021
I raised multiple issues thru uber app regarding my last trip, provided the photos and other details asked but its unfortunate no action taken other than their apologies.
I have all the proofs of vedios and photos.
I am repeating the issues I faced.
*. On **th Mar ****, I booked uber cab , it was showing cab was reaching in * mins , but after ** mins the cab reached . The cab front glasses are broken and cab was very dirty and in horrible condition. Since I was getting delayed for airport, I decided to travel.
*. Near my apartment gate , the driver got changed and when I asked for the reason they didn't answer properly.The previous driver Vikash said he did night shift so can't drive now.Now the new driver name is Amol as he said . This is risky ,how can they change driver in between trip which is not registered with the trip.
*.The driver was not wearing the mask properly and police took fine which we paid. We didn't want to miss our flight , it's been already delayed. We paid *** rs fine.
*.Now the cab didn't start. He stuck in the road in between. By this time , we already wasted around * hour . We waited some time but the cab didn't start . Now we decided we shouldn't continue with the ride otherwise we will endup missing the flight.
Then we took another Ola cab and reached Airport.
My question is,
*. The cab has issues , it didn't travel even * km , because of the cab issue , we were about to miss the flight. Why is the cancelation fee charged against us?
*.Why the driver got changed in between, is this acceptable? This is a major safety concern for us.
*.Why should we pay fine for the driver ?
Uber is harassing customers, they don't know to give resolution for the issues customers faced.
