Swapneel Jawai filed complaint against UBER on Oct 28, 2021
Uber Auto Driver accepted the ride request after reaching to location denied the mode of payment and insisted to give ***/- extra along with mode of payment.
I said to cancel ride but he started the ride without me and was charged for my trip till midway which I didn't even took the ride. There is NO OTP system to start ride from customer side they themselves starts ride and unwillingly I got to pay the charged amount
