RELIANCE DIGITAL - Tv model shown one and billed lower value model

I have visited Reliance digital store in nexus forum Mall Hyderabad on ** ** ** and selected tcl **s*k which is only one model available in store and negotiate price to *****
The sales person Nitin intentionally billed lower value model tcl **s*k which I observed in once I reach home.
I immediately called store numbers given in bill but no one responded.next day morning I went to store and waited for * hours where manager told let that sales person come
Once he came i questioned him why you did like this then he told it's by mistake and will cancel in * minutes and next ** money will be refunded.
Next day evening I called that sales person asked him what is the status for that he replied in rudely told you can Go and ask in store then i questioned him why you told all lies.he replied you can do whatever you can do
Then i went to store contact manager and told behaviour about sales person Nitin.
Manager told give us ** hours we will cancel and get approval for refund.
From there onwards * days and visited * times they are telling same story daily.

Please take strong action against them to avoid this kind of cheating practices.
