My wife took the **:** Indigo flight from Kolkata to Bengaluru on **/**/****(Flight no. *E ***). After reaching the destination she didn't receive the check in baggage from the counter after waiting approximately ** mins. After inquiring the staff told her to go to the luggage office to receive the bag as her bag was damaged. For careless handling of the baggage the bag is ripped in one side and the chain is damaged. Now she has to travel with this ripped bag with all her valuable belongings in it for the carelessness of the airline. She is travelling alone and the airline makes her journey difficult and troublesome.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
