Indigo Air lines - IndiGo No assistance and support at airport counter

A one-way ticket is booked from Istanbul (IST) to Bangalore (BLR) on March **th, ****, and the departure time is **:**. It was a planned business trip. On March **, ****, I took a Turkish Airways flight from Kayser (ASR) to Istanbul, which was supposed to arrive at **:** but arrived at **:**. From there, I went to the departure counter and was told to go to the M counter, which I did by *pm. After that, I was surprised that no counter was open and went to the information center to inquire about the same. The information center said the M counter is available to issue a ticket. This time, there were few more people who wanted to board the same flight as me but they reached counter by *.**pm, and the situation remained the same, indicating that no indiGo counter was available. After **-** minutes of attempting various ways to reach Indigo officials, I was not successful and later tried to cancel or reschedule the ticket online, but that also was not allowed. All our efforts went in vain. In my case, with my cabin bag, I would have reached boarding without fail, but due to the non-availability of the counter issuing the boarding pass and the non-availability of an IndiGo official, which led to more inconvenience and a lot of suffering including mentally, I took the next available flight to reach Bangalore and paid more money. Same was reported to IndiGo customer care but not provided justice
Without knowing any details like the PNR or flight, IndiGo blindly denied the plea. This clearly shows negligence. The same thing happened at the airport service, which meant there was no staff present. The flight departure time was *.** p.m., and counter-closed information was not available at the airport information centre when I arrived at * p.m.I suffered financially and emotionally as a result of IndiGo's negligence. plea
