I was travelling on Indigo flight **** from HYD to DEL on **/**/****. My hand carry cabin bag had my personal belongings including wallet & I was carrying INR & other foreign currency amounting to Rs. **,***
My bag was misplaced and after I had reached home, I pulled out my wallet to pay cash to cab driver; I was in a utter shock that all my currency notes were gone.
Airline is not coming forward to offer any support. Infact such behaviour from Airline would promote similar incidents in future & people will lose their hard earned money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
