I am Ashik Benny
On **/**/**** I booked tickets from PNQ to TRV on **/**/**** (Flight PRN :EUMG*X)
I need to cancel this flight because of timing so I called customer service so there AI is speaking to me after That call connected to one Sir, I told him I need to cancel this flight tickets I need to put another ticket **/**/****. He told Me that I will cancel the ticket and the refund amount will come within * to * days .Till now no amount is returned to me
