Hello Sir, I am Hemant user of Excitel with user id hemant@*** from past * months i had faced problem
with this company i recharge long term plan about * months recently i had done recharge of ****/- for
*** mbps plan but only ad noted that when i getting ** mbps plan i had done recharge for long time than
they reduce my internet speed to about **% and after so many complaint they do not rectified this
problem and issues. Last time i had done also a complaint on the same platform national consumer
Helpline but they manupulated the case and not do anything. i feel that company con the customer by the
juggling.
