Excitel Broadband Private Limited - Refund is not processed

I have used Excitel broadband, Their services are pathethic and their Local internet service provider doesn't care about services to customers.
I have filed the issue on ** sep ** for breakage of wire and since then no action has been taken till date.
I have terminated the connection and personally submitted their device and requested to generate my security amount on * nov.
The company asked me to wait for sometime as refund will be generated within ** days from * nov **.
Since then its already been ** days and the excitel illiterate executives again asking me to wait another ** days.
Excitel is a fraud company which doesn't care about anyone's personal losses or mental peace.
I have been mentally traumatized and in mental distress because of excitel and their executives.
