Redbus.in - Ticket fare not refunded

With outright disappointment, I am writing today to complaint about the inability of RedBus to provide the refund of the ticket fare which was deducted twice from my account on ** May ****.

I have been constantly following up for the past week on this . All I got is the assurance that it will be refunded in * bank working days . It's been already ** working days since the amount was deducted.

Everytime I check with the customer care personnel,they have been mentioning that the refund is in progress and is stuck with the finance team.
